CANCELLATION POLICY
📌 Please Read Before Booking By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to the following cancellation and no-show policy: • A valid card on file is required to secure all appointments. • You will not be charged at the time of booking, unless a cancellation or no-show occurs. Cancellations & No-Shows To avoid a cancellation fee: • You must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment time. Fees will be charged automatically to the card on file as follows: • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice: You will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows: You will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. These fees are non-refundable and required before booking any future appointments. I appreciate your understanding, as this policy is in place to protect my time and business.
